Arvid E. Miller Library/Museum

The Historical Library/Museum is the official depository for the public records of the Mohican Nation, Stockbridge-Munsee Band.  Our primary goal is to preserve our history and culture for tribal members and the general public.  We have a research library consisting of written materials, such as books, manuscripts, correspondence, handwritten letters, notes, maps, microfilm, microfiche, scrapbooks, photographs, video tapes, language tapes, and much more!

The museum part has a collection of cultural and historical artifacts from pre-contact to the Mission school eras.  We also have the Tribes' Bible on display.

The Library and Museum have a gift shop located in the museum, where Indian crafts are sold.  All proceeds go back into historical material and research.

Our hours of operation are:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30 year around.
