The Stockbridge-Munsee Education Office must have the information listed below in order for a student to be eligible for financial assistance from this office:

• Stockbridge-Munsee Education and Training Application must be filled out and returned to this office. Please make sure your enrollment number is on this form.
• Wisconsin residents attending school in Wisconsin must fill out the Wisconsin Indian Student Assistance Grant form in order to be eligible for the State Indian grant.
• Copy of an acceptance letter from the school that you are planning to attend.
• Must file for financial aid, in turn, the school will send us a copy of the Indian Grant Financial Review form indicating your need.
• A copy of your high school transcripts/GED certificate, or your last semester transcripts if you have previously attended a college.
• A copy of your class schedule.

Before any awards are dispersed from this office, your file must be complete. Once in school, transcripts must be sent to this office at the end of each semester before the award can be sent for the next semester.
