The Arvid E. Miller Memorial Library Museum Received a Grant!
The Arvid E Miller Memorial Library/Museum received a 2006 Basic Library Services Grant in the Native American Library Services Program. The grant has made it possible for the Library/Museum to add another computer in the Library for researchers and the general public to view our collection, which consists of rare books, archives, photos, and objects about our tribe. With the grant we were able to upgrade our Museum software from Past Perfect 3.5 to 4.0 and to buy more licenses so more than one person could enter information into the database. It also was used to up grade our book scanner so it would be compatible with the Past Perfect software. Before this we were unable to use the book scanner. Without this grant the Library/Museum would not have seen this updated for years.
Thank You Library/Museum Staff
