On Thursday, February 7, 2008, the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council held a Regular Tribal Council Meeting and at that time the following motions were made and carried:
APPROVAL OF AGENDA-
Motion by Terrie K. Terrio to approve the agenda.
Seconded by Sterling Schreiber. Motion carried.
FINANCE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES-Amanda Stevens/Cindy Creapeau
Motion by Gregory L. Miller to approve the Stockbridge-Munsee Community Accounting and Finance Policies and Procedures Manual and that this would supersede all other manuals made or implied before this day.
Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. (Includes changes made today)
Roll Call: Terrie yes, Jolene yes, Sterling yes, Greg yes, Shan yes and Scott no.
Motion carried.
PURCHASING POLICY-Amanda Stevens/Tara Miller
No action taken at this time, the policy will be redrafted to reflect centralized purchasing and be brought back for approval in 30 days.
SITE SURVEY-
Motion by Scott R. Vele to approve the Vierbicher contract for the certified survey of the new casino project with a dollar amount not to exceed $15,000.00, as previously presented by Bridget Swank, Tribal Attorney.
Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio.
Motion maker amends motion to delete: with a dollar amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
Second concurs. Motion carried.

Motion by Scott R. Vele to adjourn.
Seconded by Shannon Holsey. Motion carried at 1:17 PM.
