On Friday, February 22, 2008, the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council held a Special Tribal Council Meeting and at that time the following motions were made and carried:
APPROVAL OF AGENDA-
Motion by Gregory L. Miller to approve the Special Tribal Council Meeting agenda, of Friday, February 22, 2008, as presented.
Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. Motion carried.
REQUEST FOR TRIBAL CONTRIBUTION-Gregg Duffek
Motion by Terrie K. Terrio to approve the request from Gregg Duffek for $2,953.68, to take care of the equipment purchase from fiscal year 2007.
Seconded by Shannon Holsey. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION-
Motion by Scott R. Vele to go into Executive Session.
Seconded by Sterling Schreiber. Motion carried at 12:08 PM.
Motion by Scott R. Vele to come out of Executive Session.
Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. Motion carried at 1:40 PM.
While in Executive Session discussion was held on a request from the Tribal Court and we received a preliminary report on the incident at the parking ramp at the casino.
